Q. I cant download anything to my phone.
A. Please make sure you have MMS messaging enabled on your service. You must have this feature enabled in order to recive content from the website. If you are unsure about this, please call 611 from your handset and ask if you have MMS enabled, no refunds of any kind are to be issued if your MMS is not enabled at the time of purchase.
Q. Can I have more than one phone on my account.
A. Sorry accounts are limited to 1 phone number per account. Under you profile you can change your phone number and service carrier, if you have more than
one phone.
Q. I haven't received my images or ringtones yet.
A. Please make sure that you have MMS messaging added to your plan. Most carriers make you pay extra for this service. If you don't have the MMS messaging you will not be able to receive one of our text messages.
Q. What if I don't have text messaging enabled on my phone.
A. You are still can download your files via the your WAP locker. Instead of sending the file directly to your phone send them to your file locker. Then log in to the site via your mobile phone.
Q. I paid for a subscription but can not download.
A. 1 out of 10 times things go wrong with a computer. Sometimes you just can't do what you want the computer to do. Like finish a
payment for your subscription. If that ever happens please just submit a ticket or email us
and we will fix the problem.
